But upon closer inspection, upon reading it (yes, to discover a book, you have to… read it!!), you realize that it’s very well done!

Even though Alban WILLIAM explains the classics about dove sightings, he puts his whole heart and all his great knowledge of the subject into it, to share his professional secrets with you, and it shows!

Indeed, the book is full of advice, tips, inventions or adaptations by the author that will allow you to learn or improve your skills in the magic of doves.

The content

Everything is covered!
From the complete creation of the costume (vest, tails, trousers and shirt, choice of fabric, etc.) to the construction of the harnesses (simple, semi-automatic, automatic, improvised harnesses, etc.) and even the special effects (appearance with a scarf, on a rope, on a newspaper, on a magic wand, double appearance with a scarf, inside a balloon, etc. – see table of contents).
Enough to put on a complete act.

Everything is explained very clearly, and the illustrations accompanying the text are very effective. (130 illustrations in total, by S. COUSTOL ). Excellent work!

The only topic not covered, which you might miss if you’re a beginner, is everything related to choosing and caring for doves.
