The Multiple Control is one of the most fundamental sleights in card magic. Besides controlling multiple cards, what else can it do?

This project features three routines built around the Multiple Control, demonstrating different ways to apply the move in performance.

■ Multiple Control Collector:
A Collectors routine built around the Multiple Control. Three selections are inserted into three different parts of the deck and the deck is shuffled. The four Aces are then inserted into four different positions and shuffled as well. After the spectator freely cuts the deck, the four Aces are found trapping the three selections.

■ Four-For-Four Transposition:
A four-card transposition based on the Multiple Control. Four cards are tabled, while another four are inserted into four different positions in the deck. In an instant, the two groups completely transpose.

■ Foolproof Card-Cutting:
A card-cutting routine set up quickly with the Multiple Control. In the end, the spectator can cut directly to the selection. Even if they miss, you’ll learn a very clever out.
