Description
From Boris’s all new lecture – one of the best, if not the best, lecture at this years’ FFFF convention. It starts with Zero Touch, which as the title suggests has the magician finding a freely selected card from a thoroughly shuffled deck without ever touching the cards. And then there’s a follow-version in which the spectator takes on the magician’s role and repeats the same effect. A simple-to-do routine that truly packs a wallop, Boris says that it’s now one of his go-to pieces. Another routine has Boris finding a selected card despite being blindfolded during the whole effect. This is followed by a matching effect using 2 decks (that can be borrowed) and shuffled. Two spectators freely name 2 numbers, and upon counting down to those numbers in each deck, the same card is found. The Magician then opens a prediction showing that he knew the card ahead of time! Finally there are a couple of versions of Any Card at Any Number using a couple of different methods, each with their own strengths and weakness. None of the routines in the notes use anything more than basic card sleights and several are sleight-free relying instead on a gimmick or two. Most would fit into any card workers professional repertoire.
